Small increase in price of N.B. fuel

Filling up for the long weekend is going to cost you more.

The maximum cost for regular self-serve increased 1.5 cents a litre to 160.6.

That means you’re paying around 157.9 at the pumps this morning. Most stations sell for a few cents lower than the maximum price.

Diesel and furnace oil users are also paying more, with prices up 1.2 cents.

The maximum cost for diesel is set at 158.6.
