Do not expect much change in fuel prices this week in New Brunswick, according to an industry source.
The price for regular self-serve is expected to drop by around one cent on Thursday night.
According to the source, diesel prices should remain nearly unchanged this week.
Currently, New Brunswickers are paying a maximum of $1.57 per litre for regular self-serve, $1.76 per litre for diesel and $1.45 per litre for home heating oil.
In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.53 to $1.57 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.71 and $1.75 per litre.
On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.57 per litre, diesel costs around $1.79 per litre and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.19 per litre.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
