Sizeable Drop Likely For N.B. Fuel Prices

A decent decrease in fuel prices appears to be in store for New Brunswick drivers this week.

Canadians for Affordable Energy president Dan McTeague thinks gasoline will drop by at least 8 cents per litre.

Diesel could fall by about 12 cents per litre.

Currently, the maximum for self-serve gasoline is $1.888 per litre and the maximum for diesel is $2.006

The Energy and Utilities Board will adjust prices at midnight.
