Shooting incident at a home near Moncton, RCMP seek public’s help

Police are asking for the public’s help after a shooting incident at a home in Berry Mills, just outside Moncton.

RCMP responded to a report of shots fired at a house on McFarlane Road around 1:06 a.m. on Wednesday.

The home was occupied at the time, but no injuries were reported.

Police say that investigators have not yet identified a suspect, but are actively following up on several leads.

They’re looking for anyone in the area who may have surveillance footage from around the time of the incident or witnesses who may have other helpful information.

Police say they are continuing to gather evidence and hope community input will help move the investigation forward.
