Shannex Inc Wins Contract For 60 Bed Nursing Home In Moncton

Shannex Inc is going to continue growing their Moncton nursing home campus after the provincial government awarded them the contract for a 60 bed facility.

Shannex Chief Operating Officer Jason Shannon says they will be incorporating a Main Street concept linking buildings on the Faubourg du Mascaret campus on Morton Avenue.

“Really, the residents feel like they’re leaving their resident home areas, and going to Main Street of a small town,” says Shannon. “So in there you have a cafe, sometimes a little grocery store, a chapel, movie theatre, you know, rehabilitation rooms, and it just feels like part of a journey of getting into the community again.”
