Shannex expands long term care services in Riverview

A multimillion-dollar expansion in Riverview to better serve seniors in the region.

Sixty long-term care beds are being added at Shannex’s Parkland Riverview campus.

Work is underway on the expansion and is expected to be completed by the fall of 2028.

This is part of a provincial government commitment to add 240 nursing home beds at Shannex-operated sites over the next two years.

“This new nursing home in Riverview holds special significance for us, because this is where our journey in New Brunswick first began 27 years ago,” said Shannex president Jason Shannon.
