The sentence for Shawn Melvin Ezerskis will not come down until the middle of December.
The hearing has been delayed after the judge found the pre sentencing report had not been completed.
Ezerskis has pleaded guilty to three charges, including assault with a weapon, when he covered his girlfriend in a flammable liquid and threatened to burn her.
The hearing is now scheduled for December 18th, at 9:30.
