Did you know that you can request special lighting at four municipal sites to recognize events, celebrations and awareness campaigns?
The city will be lit for the following special dates in August:
Aug. 6 – Red for the 201st Anniversary of Bolivia’s Independence
Aug. 8 – Rainbow for the River of pride Parade
Aug. 13 – Green for Pakistan Independence Day
Aug. 14-16 – Acadian flag colours for National Acadian Day
Aug. 24 – Blue for Ukrainian Independence Day
Aug. 31 – Purple for International Overdose Awareness Day
