A special ceremony will be held tonight at the New Brunswick Legislative building to honour to mark National Childhood Cancer Awareness month.
MLA for Moncton East Chris Collins will be joined by nine members of the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride, who will arrive at 8:15 tonight, to officially flick a switch that will light up the building in gold.
The cyclists are on their way to Halifax to complete a cross-Canada ride, that raises money for research and support programs for children with cancer.
Collins was also a member of the Sears National Cancer ride in 2013.
His son Sean died of cancer in 2007 at the age of 13.
