A search is currently underway for a 55 year old man who is missing on the Bay of Chaleur.
Officials say a man was spotted fishing from a sailboat east of Dalhousie last night.
The boat was later found adrift with the engines running and the man was not onboard.
The Joint Rescue Centre from Halifax, a cormorant helicopter, the Canadian coast guard and an RCMP boat are all involved in the search.
