Seaplane Found Upside Down In River

The RCMP are investigating how a seaplane wound up in the Kennebecasis River upside down. It was discovered off Gondola Point Road in Rothesay.

The pilot wasn’t injured and when K-V fire crews arrived, He had already been plucked from the water by a private boat and could be seen on the Kingston side of the river.

There was only one person on board the plane.
