Police confirm that human remains found last month in Saint John are those of 24 year old Scott Arthur Taylor of Rothesay.
Police believe Taylor has been dead since he was reported missing in December of 2011 and they are investigating his death as suspicious.
Taylor was reported missing to the K.V. Police by his family on December 4, 2011 and he was last seen a couple of days earlier.
A mountain biker discovering the remains on May 7th in a wooded area off the Old Black River Road near Bayside Drive extension.
