With so many roads closed or washed out, only about 50 percent of school buses will be running today in the Anglophone East School District.
Schools are open for students and staff.
In a message to parents from Superintendant Gregg Ingersoll, he says any bus that normally travels on a road that is currently closed or a road that is yet to be cleared by the Department of Transportation will not be operating today.

In the Francophone South School District:
Bus #24 will not run for the St. Anne region and Bouctouche Bay .
Bus #26 #27 and #28 buses will not run for Upper Aboujagane area.
Buses # 45, # 44, # 23 will not run for the Pointe-Sapin area.
Bus #19 (1st morning commute) , bus #1 travel afternoon and bus #49 will not run Friday, December 12, 2014 for the region of St. Anne.
Bus #159, #157, #165, #170, #171, #182 will not run in the Moncton area.
