The Sackville Memorial Hospital emergency department closed at 2 p.m. today.
A statement from Horizon Health noted the closure was due to unforeseen circumstances and didn’t elaborate.
Anyone who requires medical care will need to seek treatment elsewhere.
The emergency department will reopen tomorrow, Saturday at 8 a.m.

Normal emergency hours at Sackville Memorial are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. seven days a week.
