Snowy road conditions in Moncton region

Highways in New Brunswick are still treacherous as snow continues to fall on the province.

The province’s 511 website is reporting the following conditions in southeastern New Brunswick.

  • Highway 2 from River Glade to Mapleton Road is snow-covered with icy patches and drifting snow with good visibility.
  • Highway 2 from Mapleton Road to Memramcook is snow-covered and snow-packed with icy patches, slushy patches and drifting snow. Visibility is fair.
  • Highway 2 from Memramcook to the Nova Scotia border is snow-covered, with icy patches, slushy patches and drifting snow. Visibility is good.
  • Highway 15 from Moncton to Shediac is snow-covered, with icy patches, slushy patches and drifting snow. Visibility is fair.
  • Highway 15 from Shediac to Port Elgin is snow-covered, with icy patches and drifting snow. Visibility is fair.
  • Highway 11 from Shediac to Richibucto was last reported Monday as partly covered with drifting snow and slushy patches, with fair visibility.
