Wilen says you want to make sure all your social media profiles match because every employer, recruiter, or hiring manager will google you when you apply for a job.
She says when you’re lacking experience, you have to be realistic.
Wilen says apply for jobs that make sense for you because when you apply for a job you’re not qualified for, recruiters will notice.
