Crews are still working to repair a water main break near Mapleton and Frampton in north end Moncton.
City spokesperson Isabelle LeBlanc says the problem has been located and crews are working on a solution now.
If all goes as planned, she says water could be restored by 6pm otherwise more work will be needed and water restoration may not happen until between 10pm and midnight.
Some residents and businesses in an area of north Mapleton near the Trans Canada Highway have been without water since the break occurred yesterday morning.
