More than 500 people gathered in Sunny Brae for the annual outdoor service in northeast Moncton.
Under cold but sunny conditions, a parade began at the Sunny Brae Legion and made its way along Broadway Street to the cenotaph on Massey Avenue.
Current and former military personnel marched with cadets, first responders, service groups and boy scouts and girl guides.

From the First World War, 11 Sunny Brae veterans were honoured along with 10 veterans from the Second World War and soldiers who served in Afghanistan.
The turnout seemed similar to last year and legion members say they were impressed by the size of the crowd.
