It was an exceptional year for passenger traffic at the Greater Moncton International Airport.
They broke records in 2014 with over 677, 000 passengers. That’s up 4.6 per cent over numbers from 2013.
There was a significant increase in the number of chartered aircraft transporting workers to and from Alberta.
Last year’s numbers also exceed the combined volume of all other New Brunswick airports.
