Record Breaking Temperature Possible Today

With Environment Canada calling for highs of 29 today , it could mean a broken temperature record for our region.

The current record for our region is 27.8 degrees set in 1915.

Tomorrow’s forecasted high is 30 degrees.

Environment Canada Meteorologist Claude Cote says current temperatures right across the province are about six to eleven degreeshigher than normal seasonal conditions.

He expects this will be our last stretch of summerlike conditions.
