RCMP Traffic Enforcement Operation Finds Over 75 Violations

RCMP recently issued over 70 tickets in a traffic enforcement operation targeting unsafe and modified vehicles in Dieppe, Moncton and Riverview.

On September 8th, 18 vehicles were towed and 78 tickets were issued under the New Brunswick Motor Vehicle Act.

Violations included failure to stop for a school bus with red lights flashing, speeding in a school zone, and using a hand-held electronic device while driving.

Police also handed out fines for three driver’s license suspensions.

Nine vehicles were also found to be modified from their original manufactured state.
