The RCMP are looking for information after the attempted theft of an ATM at the Hampton Inn.
Police say, at around 6:50 on Tuesday morning, someone wearing a disguise, entered the hotel on Mapleton Road, and attempted to steal the machine.
An employee intervened, but was sprayed with pepper spray.
They were treated for minor injuries at hospital and then released.
The suspect then fled without the ATM in a grey or green coloured SUV.
Anyone who was in the area, is asked to contact Crimestoppers or RCMP.
