RCMP Need Information On Centennial Park Incident

The New Brunswick RCMP is appealing to the public as the investigation of shots fired at Centennial Park continues.

Police are asking anyone in the area of Millennium Boulevard and Killam Drive between 8 and 8:45 a.m. on May 13 to come forward. In addition, anyone that may have a video that fits the timeline is asked to present it.

“Even if you don’t think you have any information of significance, you may be able to help the investigation,” says Cpl. Hans Ouellette of the New Brunswick RCMP.

Codiac Regional RCMP responded to a report of a vehicle struck by bullets near Centennial park on May 13. An Alert Ready message was issued to allow police to conduct an extensive search, although it was lifted several hours later.

There have been no arrests made in connection with the incident.

Anyone with information that could assist the investigation is asked to contact the Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400
