RCMP Musical Ride returns to Sussex

You will have the chance to see the RCMP Musical Ride in New Brunswick this week.

Two shows will take place on Wednesday at Princess Louise Park in Sussex.

The Musical Ride is a Canadian icon recognized at home and abroad.

It includes a troop of up to 32 riders, who are all police officers, and their horses.

During the 30-minute show, they perform intricate formations and drills set to music.

The shows in Sussex will take place at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

The Musical Ride will also visit Elsipogtog First Nation on Thursday.

It is not expected to return to New Brunswick until at least 2027.
