RCMP Labour Code Case To Return To Court In January

RCMP appeared in court this morning to answer to Labour Code charges, but instead the defence has asked for more time.

RCMP are facing four charges in connection with the June 4th shooting incident that left three officers dead and two others injured.

Charges were laid last May after an investigation by Employment and Social Development.

The charges relate to the preparedness and response to the shootings.

The case returns to court on January 22nd.
