The provincial government is providing financial support to eligible individuals interested in taking part in CCNB’S cannabis cultivation program in Campbellton.
This comes as a result of a partnership with Zenabis Ltd.
The province will invest up to $117,000 to pay the tuition costs of eligible participants in this 20-week cannabis program.
The province also invested in a similar 12-week program offered in English at CCNB’s Dieppe campus last fall.
Opportunities NB is projecting the creation of up to 3,000 new cannabis jobs in the province by the end of 2022.
