From his seat inside the courtroom, Dennis Oland paying close attention as jury selection for his second degree murder trial continued at the Saint John law courts.
12 jurors have been chosen with a total of 16 jurors needed and jury selection could wrap up Thursday..
A pool of more than a thousand potential jurors was divided into eight groups of 142 that will be brought into the courthouse for jury selection this week.
Oland has plead not guilty to second degree murder in the 2011 death of his father, Richard Oland,
The trial is scheduled to begin next Wednesday and last 65 days.
