While some people see the divergence of opinions on the proposed Energy East pipeline as a problem, Prime Minister Trudeau says he views it as an opportunity to attain economic growth in a responsible way that doesn’t damage the environment.
He argues the more views that are put forward for discussion, the better the final decision will be.
Trudeau argues people on both sides of whether Energy East is a good proposal or not do agree on the need for more jobs and a protected environment.
