Brain Gallant says his government is listening to New Brunswickers.
While on his Chamber of Commerce Tour around the province, the Premier says they know what New Brunswickers want, and they are working to get it. “It’s not an easy process that we undertook with the Strategic Program Review, it was some very frank conversations in all communities of New Brunswick, but we listened to the people. Ultimately, in our last budget, we invested in the priorities of New Brunswickers.”
He says they invested heavily in things that will create jobs and grow the economy, including healthcare, as well as record amounts in education.
He says it’s very important, if we are going to create the right conditions for economic growth, that investors see the government has its fiscal house in order.
