The Council of Atlantic Premiers is meeting in Halifax this week and it looks like a busy agenda.
Premier Brian Gallant will meet with his counterparts Dwight Ball from Newfoundland and Labrador, Wade MacLauchlan of PEI and the host Stephen McNeil from Nova Scotia.
The discussions will focus on ways to reduce red tape for businesses and an Atlantic Growth Strategy.
The other discussions will cover innovation, the upcoming legalization of cannabis, the importance of a working partnership with the federal government and climate change.
