Tens of thousands of people are in the dark as the latest storm continues to impact New Brunswick.
NB Power reported more than 620 outages impacting 100,000 homes and businesses without electricity as of 10 p.m. Monday.
- Central York/Sunbury: 35,379 customers; 197 outages
- Charlotte/Southwest: 16,970 customers; 141 outages
- Carleton: 16,043 customers; 94 outages
- Moncton/Riverview/Dieppe: 9,305 customers; 38 outages
- Kings/Queens: 9,017 customers; 32 outages
- Victoria/Madawaska: 4,265 customers; 40 outages
- Sackville/Port Elgin: 2,143 customers; 11 outages
- Kennebecasis Valley/Fundy: 2,095 customers; 14 outages
- Shediac/Cap-Pele: 1,579 customers; 10 outages
- Kent: 1,285 customers; 21 outages
- Chaleur: 1,052 customers; 16 outages
- Northumberland/Miramichi: 1,051 customers; 5 outages
“NB Power’s Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) is open and actively coordinating the response to help with restoration efforts throughout the province,” the utility said on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
Customers are encouraged to be prepared by having their 72-hour emergency kit ready in the event of an outage.

Meanwhile, Saint John Energy is not currently reporting any outages at this hour.
Southerly winds gusting to between 90 and 110 kilometres per hour are forecast across southern and central New Brunswick starting early Monday afternoon and continuing until late evening.
