Should landlords be able to change lease agreements to ban marijuana smoking in their buildings?
Corporate Research Associates conducted a survey and found 7 in 10 Atlantic Canadians support landlords having the right to ban pot smoking in their buildings once it is legalized.
About one-quarter of those polled were opposed.
Support seems to be consistent across the region.
The level of support is strongest in households with higher incomes and higher education.
More than 1500 Atlantic Canadian adults took part in the phone survey last month.
