Foul play has been ruled out in the death of a kayaker found in the Bay of Fundy between Blacks Harbour and Grand Manan last week.
Police have identified him as a 33-year-old man from Florida and say their investigation has shown he drowned.
It was just before 7 a.m. last Friday that police were told a man’s body and a kayak had been found near a group of islands called The Wolves.
The body was brought on board a boat belonging to Cooke Aquaculture and turned over to police at the Blacks Harbour wharf.
