The People’s Alliance Party of New Brunswick has found its candidate for the riding of Sussex-Fundy-St. Martins.
Jim Bedford has been a volunteer in the past with the St. Martins Fire Department and St. Martins Ambulance, chaired the EMO for the community and been a member of Coastal Watch.
He currently serves as chair of the St. Martins LSD advisory committee and on the Regional Service Commission.
Bedford has worked at Saint John Shipbuilding, in the oil and gas industry in Alberta and New Brunswick and runs an industrial company in Sussex.
Bedford says his family came here from England back in 1642.
