This affects about 80 court stenographers who are members of Local 1840 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees.
The commitment equals about 68 thousand dollars a year over four years.
This follows the recent announcement of pay equity adjustments of $3.5 million a year over a 10-year period.
This affected more than 3,000 workers include educational assistants, administrative assistants, school library workers and intervention workers.
