Organigram Begins Research On Edible Products

Organigram has partnered with another company from Atlantic Canada to assist in the production of its edible cannabis products.

They are expected to be legalized later this year.

The Moncton based marijuana company is working with Canada’s Smartest Kitchen, which is located in Prince Edward Island.

They have done research looking at colour and texture, as well as flavours and forms that Canadians are looking for in edibles.

Organigram says recent estimates show that the edible cannabis market in Canada and the United States may reach a combined value of $4.1 billion by 2022.
