New Brunswick has no new cases of COVID-19 and five active cases remain.
Newfoundland and Labrador is reporting one new travel-related case.
Public Health says it was a provincial resident in their 20s who returned from Ontario and was not considered infectious on the way home.
Prince Edward Island has no new cases and is down to three active cases.
P.E.I. premier Dennis King says he wants the Island to remain vigilant and is not ready to expand the Atlantic travel bubble yet.
“We need only to look at events around the world and in this country to understand that COVID is still with us. We have indicated we would need more time to review public health information and the best public data before such time as we would proceed expanding beyond the Atlantic bubble,” says King.
The P.E.I. premier also indicated that other provinces in the bubble may choose to expand on their own and that is their jurisdictional right.
Elsewhere in the Atlantic bubble today, Nova Scotia has no new cases and only one active case.
