On Day 23 of the second degree murder trial of Dennis Oland, Constable Stephen Davidson was back on the stand telling the court they thought the murder weapon, which was never found, might have been a drywall hammer.
Davidson speaking about a search for a weapon took place between Renforth Wharf and the Bill McGuire Centre.
In March of 2012, test calls were made from various areas of the city and outside to see which cell towers pinged.
Constable Stephen Davidson spoke of 59 calls he made in the uptown area on an iPhone similar to the one Richard Oland owned.
Calls were also made from the Harbour Station parking lot, from Highway 1 near Strescon and from a church parking lot on the Old Rothesay Road.
Court has adjourned for the day and will resume tomorrow morning at 9am.
