Non-Essential Water Use Ban Continues In Riverview

The Town of Riverview is continuing a ban on non-essential water use this weekend.

Public Works and Engineering staff are investigating water pressure problems within the system.

The Town says residents have been cooperating with the ban and overall consumption levels are down.

The ban includes watering lawns, using sprinklers or washing vehicles.

Fines for those who don’t comply range from $200 to $1070.

The non-essential water use ban will be reviewed early next week.
