A Charlotte County man charged in the death of a St. Stephen woman over the holidays made a brief court appearance in Saint John today.
Fifty-five-year-old Irving Hastey is facing a charge of second-degree murder in the death of 52-year-old Crystal Tracey.
Her body was found in a St. Stephen home on Christmas Eve.
He has not entered a plea in this case which has been set over until April 12th for a preliminary hearing.
Hastey has elected to be tried by judge and jury and will stay in custody until his next court appearance.
