The exact date has yet to be determined but Moncton’s new Costco store will be opening in November according to the company’s website.
The bigger 154,000 square foot warehouse is located on Granite Drive off Elmwood Drive, just north of the Trans Canada Highway.
The City of Moncton says the traffic lights at Elmwood and Granite will become fully operational starting on Monday.
The new Costco will have more than 800 parking spaces and will also feature a four-island gas bar.
A new Home Hardware store is also expected to be developed in the same area.
The Trinity Drive Costco location will close once the new store opens.
