New Brunswick Conservation Education Instructor Awards Handed Out

Delbert Munroe of Penobsquis and Jeremy MacNeill of Four Falls being named the New Brunswick Conservation Education Instructors of the Year.

Munroe being recognized as the volunteer instructor of the year having clocked more than 20 years teaching in the Firearms Safety Hunter Education Program which teaches students to use firearms safely, minimize the risk of hypothermia and more.

MacNeill is DNR’s instructor of the year. He is a resource officer with the department’s district office in Florenceville-Bristol and has been a conservation education instructor since 2004.
