You’ll notice a few changes at Hopewell Rocks this summer.
Property manager Noel Hamann says a new addition will mean easier access.
“A couple of years ago, we introduced new stairs, which make it easier to go up and down to the beach. This year we introduced a new ramp, that has no stairs involved. For those who have challenges with stairs this will make it easier to access the ocean floor.”
The tourist attraction has also partnered with NB Power this year for a pilot project. They are offering two new electric charging stations.
“We also have new signage. We are part of Parks and Attractions, which is managed by the New Brunswick government, and they have renewed our signage, which is also very exciting,” Hamann adds.
