The NDP releasing their platform which includes eliminating corporate welfare and reducing the size of governments.
They will reduce the number of cabinet ministers from 17 to 10.
Leader Dominic Cardy says promises are being made but not explaining how they will do it.
Cardy says trusting a politician to say they won’t interfere in any element of public administration without specifics behind it is a little bit like leaving someone with an alcohol problem in charge of a liquor store.
Also included in the party’s platform is a pledge to raise literacy levels to 90 per cent in their first term by investing in early childhood education for all kids.
