RCMP say a 38-year-old man has been sentenced to one year in prison after pleading guilty for child pornography.
Félix Richard of Saint-Louis-de-Kent was arrested and charged with making child pornography available and possession of child pornography.
Police say they launched an investigation into the case in early 2017.
Last Friday, Richard appeared in Moncton Provincial Court and pled Guilty.
He has been added to the National Sex Offender Registry for life, and will be required to submit a DNA sample.
