NB Liquor Sales Up 3.8 Per Cent In Third Quarter

It looks like we were a thirsty bunch in New Brunswick

NB Liquor has released its results for this last quarter which ended on December 24th of last year.

Total sales were $113 million, which is 3.8 per cent higher than the same quarter last year.

Wine sales were up 7.1 per cent, spirit sales went up 2.5 per cent, beer sales grew 1.7 per cent, and sales of coolers and ciders were up 12.9 per cent.

NB Liquor president Brian Harriman says in a release the Crown corporation was able to grow overall sales in every category this past quarter.
