Gas prices in New Brunswick should remain fairly steady this week.
Senior petroleum analyst Dan McTeague with Gasbuddy.com says the provincial regulator likely won’t consider a slight change in the wholesale market.
“So the prices you see today – no need to rush to the pumps or hold off if you need to gas up – except for any retail margin differentials, will be pretty much the same tomorrow,” he notes.
On the other hand, McTeague believes diesel prices could drop by up to 1.5 cents per litre overnight.
