A court-ordered publication ban has been lifted on the name of a 33-year-old homicide victim in Moncton.
Codiac RCMP say the body of Naomi Bartlette was found at a Fleet Street home on April 8th.
Police say she died two days earlier.
Thirty-eight-year-old Rejean Gautreau of Moncton has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with her death.
He remains in custody and will return to court on April 23rd.
A ban had been placed on the victim’s name to allow police time to properly notify family members.
