A 22-year-old Moncton man will be tried on a charge of being accessory after the fact of murder relating to the death of Baylie Wylie in December.
In court today, Stephen Nagle waived his right to a preliminary hearing and a trial date will be set in April.
Meantime, Nagle has been ordered to spend 25 days in jail after pleading guilty for breaching a court order to stay away from Krystal Toole, who has also been charged with helping Marissa Shephard evade police.
Tyler Noel, also charged in Wylie’s death, made a brief court appearance today which determined he will face a preliminary hearing on a charge of first-degree murder on May 16th.
Marissa Shephard and Devin Morningstar are also facing first-degree murder charges in the death of Baylie Wylie.
