Another drop at the pumps looks to be on the way.
According to a source, the maximum price of regular gas is expected to drop four to five cents on Friday.
It would bring the maximum down to around $1.69 to $1.70 per litre.
Diesel is expected to fall two or three cents, bringing the maximum to $2.02 or $2.03.
In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve currently ranges from $1.68 to $1.70 per litre, while diesel’s maximum is between $1.88 and $1.90 per litre.
On Prince Edward Island, the maximum price for regular self-serve is about $1.78 per litre, diesel is at $2.01 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of about $1.43 per litre.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board makes its regular weekly adjustment to prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
